Same fabric guys, but western cut (the 211). Western back yoke, flap western pockets. Brown corduroy collar. A bit trimmer at the waist and longer body.

I can’t tell you how to make it any better or if it even needs to be.

Love it. Only change I would make is I think the the hand pockets could be sewn in a way that create interior pockets (can’t describe it but if you look at yours you’ll see what I mean). A brown corduroy collar wouldn’t piss me off either.
It’s one of my favorite pieces as is already though.

I often wish for cpo pockets to be made deeper so that they can just join the seam to the hem of the shirt at the bottom —thus creating an inside pocket. I assume that it’s for aesthetic reason that the pocket isn’t just sewn into the front of the shirt already.

@John-Galt I think every shirt should have the hand warmer pockets. Perfect for carrying a cellphone, wallet, keys, and headphones. One for each pocket
