I finally picked up my VW single cab from Poland the other day. Drove it home from Toronto with no issues. I think my kid likes it more than I do!

Well I’m now a proud owner of a 1979 VW T3 air cooled Transporter. It’s in Poland currently so now the journey begins for it to get to me in Canada. I’m pretty excited. These things really don’t exist here, especially in this good of shape. I had someone go inspect it and so far everything checks out. Hopefully I get it in a month or so.

Here i am with Phil Lynott in mine with some IH jeans. Love this shirt !

Just thought I would post some well worn photos of my pair. I can’t remember how many years ago I bought them but I wear them pretty much daily for work. We are supposed to wear blue pants and shirt as part of the uniform but the clothes provided are basically junk and very ill fitting (one size fits none) I’ve just always worn these and no one has ever said a thing.

I am pretty pumped about this Canadian flag I received so I thought I would share here. I signed up to receive a flag that flew over our parliament buildings in Ottawa, Canada. This one flew on the Peace Tower. They change the flag every day and give the flag to someone in the country. I signed up about 20 years ago and got the flag this past week. The wait is now over 100 years if you sign up today. It’s giant and I have no idea what I’ll do with it, but it’s a pretty cool story.

A couple quick photos of my custom boots. Wasn’t sure I would like the western toe but I do!

Man, every time I see an update on this topic I’m thinking/hoping it will be an update on delivery. Instead, it’s just photos of how great everyone looks in these shirts and I’m not one of them!
Big Jays fan here. I just can’t believe what a roll these guys are on. That was the first time in franchise history they swept the Yankees at home. I thought maybe they would split that series if they were lucky. Now being a Jays fan I also know in a couple weeks they could be in last place in the division so I’ll just enjoy this while I can.
I am loving the Dukes. Here’s a photo of them in my locker at the pool.

First time in the new to me jeans. Just heading out for a brisk -15c walk

@JoeyDoux I sized up to XXL as well. I wanted to be able to layer and also just move a little better. Looking good.

I have loads of the 555 and agree with @Alex I use this wallet exclusively and it fits great in these jeans.
Awesome thank you. Just zoomed in on the truck and saw the wrap. Looks good!
@Oaktavia any washing tips for these jeans? I just got my used pair in the mail yesterday. They look pretty good but a wash would definitely help. Maybe I’ll just put them in the bath for a soak first before using the washing machine. Nice mini truck in your profile as well. I had a Sambar for about 5 years and just loved it.
@DeeDee85 I honestly didn’t remember that line. I just looked it up now to refresh my memory. They were great movies. I will have to watch them again. I always loved that name Dirty Steve. Thought it was hilarious.
If anyone out there remembers the western film Young Guns, there was a character named “Dirty Steve”. Call the boots the Dirty Steve’s and you get IH’s Steve name in there plus the western connection with the Morrison style boots. No offence of course to @Steve im sure he is as clean as a whistle
The Blazing Saddles. Named after one of the greatest movies ever of course!
Nice photo @Go-For-Chill i was much too panicked to think about pausing for a photo!
