These are everything I’ve ever dreamed of! Fit is perfect. I wish I would have had the patience to add a hem—but I was scared to lose out in case there weren’t enough in my size. I’m shite at taking pics, but suffice it to say, these are amazing.

Comparing a shirt’s size to a jacket size probably isn’t going to get the results you want, exactly. Measure your actual 293 to compare to the size chart for this, but better yet, if you have a type III that you like the fit of, measure it the the iron heart way and compare to the chart. The shoulder is also going to be meaningful to the way an item feels when you wear it, and the shirt shoulders are going to sit in a different place from a jacket.

In general, if you like the fit of your 293, I’d think the same size type III would be the play.

The super black 21oz was actually the very first IH denim jeans I ever had. Bought a pair 301 from Self Edge in SF and waited tables in them for years, because we couldn’t wear blue jeans. I love this denim, it’s going to be a hardcore and crunchy cpo.
