      I like the hot stuff and I enjoyed a ghost chili once but a Trinidad scorpion sauce would
      Seem inedible and probably painful based on the videos I’ve seen. When you guys use this sauce, how much are we talking?

        Once every couple of months I have to do a restock from my fave Indian shop in Portsmouth.  Today was that day….

                      Did some jerk chicken tonight. I used a little Pickapeppa Hot Mango sauce as a garnish. I can't recommend this and their Spicy mango enough. It's absolute crack and damn cheap from pickapeppa.com I'd eat a shoe if it was drenched in this stuff.

                        Too warm to go out, or even sit out… Weather forecast's pissing me off... Need some comfort food...

                        It's fastfood... I use pre-made dough and sauce from a can... Organic stuff without bullshit additives though (so eg. no fucking sugar)...

                        Basic... Onions and bell (end) peppers...

                        Goatcheese, fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes

                        Smoked motherfuckin' tempeh mothertrucker…

                        Fat layer of mozzarella and pine nuts…

                                No so much cooked by me as my local country pub…beer battered halloumi, chips, mushy peas, and a pint of Brentwood Breweries finest. Not being at work today feels gooooood  😉

                                      In this warmth, cold soup is pretty much all I can stomache… Pumpkin soup it is...

                                      Cool thing with this variety is that you can put it in the oven, so the skin becomes soft and edible 🙂 No sweaty peeling for me!..

                                          Cucumber gives me heartburn 🙂 But if any of you have any other recommendations for "summer soup"…

                                          Might make some spicy pepper/ mango/ coconutmilk soup...

                                            Look up "vichyssoise". It's a cold potato / leek soup. It's delish and very stylish. You could also make a good cold soup with fresh peas (don't overcook them!) + mint.
