Did some jerk chicken tonight. I used a little Pickapeppa Hot Mango sauce as a garnish. I can't recommend this and their Spicy mango enough. It's absolute crack and damn cheap from pickapeppa.com I'd eat a shoe if it was drenched in this stuff.

Too warm to go out, or even sit out… Weather forecast's pissing me off... Need some comfort food...
It's fastfood... I use pre-made dough and sauce from a can... Organic stuff without bullshit additives though (so eg. no fucking sugar)...
Basic... Onions and bell (end) peppers...
Goatcheese, fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes
Smoked motherfuckin' tempeh mothertrucker…
Fat layer of mozzarella and pine nuts…

No so much cooked by me as my local country pub…beer battered halloumi, chips, mushy peas, and a pint of Brentwood Breweries finest. Not being at work today feels gooooood
