Update from UPS regarding their operations and UPS store locations in USA:

, you can tell your UPS Driver where to leave your deliveries, redirect your deliveries to another address, and receive notifications on when to expect your deliveries from UPS.If you have a delivery location preference already set for somewhere other than your home, you can update it at any time by logging in to your UPS My Choice account."

Due to the suspension of UPS hold for pick up at customer centre, we have reverted to DPD for our default UK shipping option for the time being as they have reported no restrictions to usual service. UPS are still operating throughout the UK and will still be available as an alternate option should it be preferable.

Temporary Changes to Signature Required Packages
In the interest of employee and customer safety, consignees will temporarily not need to sign for signature required deliveries. Instead, our drivers will validate and write down the name of the consignee. When an adult signature is required by a shipper, our drivers will request to view a government-issued identification for proof of age upon delivery.
