How was it.  Halibut is a bastard not to overcook?

Really really good. Halibut I fried for a 3mins total and rested in a warm oven for 2 mins while I wilted the wild garlic leaves

200g flour:1egg:2egg yolk spaghetti, "bolognese" sauce (red wine instead of white, chopped tomatoes, no milk, and a shit load of dried chillies that @Giles gave us)

It's like USDshit-loads at retail, I found an as-new one on US eBay for USD50 and had it shipped to Chris @Wesco, who popped it in with a shipment of boots….

Yes thanks that helps. I couldn't sort the design. They are invaluable in an industrial kitchen when we cook 15 lbs of pasta at a time, or make 30 gallons of demi glace.

I need a new kitchen, with one of those installed.
