Yes thanks that helps. I couldn't sort the design. They are invaluable in an industrial kitchen when we cook 15 lbs of pasta at a time, or make 30 gallons of demi glace.
I need a new kitchen, with one of those installed.

We (used to) frequent a Japanese restaurant for ramen but haven't been in quite awhile.
You are making me crave Ramen, but i also miss my favorite appetizer.
If you want to keep on the Japanese theme in the kitchen, I highly recommend trying Chicken Kaarage (Japanese fried chicken).
