I’ll save G or A the time. We’ve been barking up that tree a long time. Even as I’m wearing my 64, really wishing I could buy more of them. It’s such a special garment.
. A while back IHUK got a shipment that was so massive that they had to show us. They spoke a little bit about what was in it and mentioned something about a surprise. Could it be?
I get that the IHSH-64 factory closed and the fabric is unavailable. That said, a IHSH-254 OD'd with the white snaps would be sick. The way the indigo got into the grooves of the snaps is so cool.*
*Disclaimer: I know nothing about textiles and the dying process and I also expect that the 254's sell like hot cakes and even if this worked it would be a terrible financial decision.

They did a run of black and duck paraffin coated ones a while back.
Speaking of a while back, the 2013 forum tee was printed with a velvet “ink” (don’t know the term for this).
Love to see that again.

@Tmulltuous agreed that alternative jersey fabrics in the stable as-is or made heavier could scratch the itch.

I was thinking of the regular ol’ 17oz brown duck, a wax coating would make me insanely sweaty.

Yeah wasn’t suggesting they do the paraffin again, just mentioning something similar was done in the past. I think it was 22oz though, they are beastly. The coating is fine but doesn’t really do a ton for water resistance. You do get interesting marks for better or for worse as it creases.

A strip of IH style bells to hang on the door. I got this idea while in the IH Germany shop and people were entering without anyone noticing.

If I could make one change or idea for the IH product line I would make the 3 different snaps, especially the black ones and the white ones available or standard option on all Work shirts. Jealous of the availability on Westerns but not Work shirts. Most guys love the Western cut but for the short stalky guys the Work shirt is the way to go but the snaps are not offered on most products. Just something on my wish list.

I'm a brown pant away from having an exclusively Iron Heart wardrobe for bottoms- if you guys ever made a canvas jean in a darker brown I would buy instantly!
