@Mizmazzle Not trying to one up you but I too was wearing my Olive Green Serge shirt and had what I thought was the best Corned Beef ever at a local BBQ place.

Thirteen consecutive years on the IH Forum as of today. While the cast of characters has changed,over the years,the vibe on The Forum has not. As time goes on I appreciate it more and more.

Been on a real B&W kick lately.

Over the years,from time to time,Forum Members have gotten IH gear to wear/fade and document. While there have been quite a few who did really great jobs at fading,I don’t think anyone has done as good a job at documenting as @Oaktavia. Being an artist he has an innate sense of composition,and it shows whenever he posts updates on his progress. Also his willingness to answer,and be knowledgeable about every aspect of the process,has substantially raised the bar of IH Sample fading. The other guy whose name I can’t totally remember,and who did a really great job,might have been a landscaper or something like that. He worked outside spitfiredealer I think was his username.

Use of Selective Color at Arches National Park.

@Mizmazzle Just as a point of reference the Red Breast Cask Strength,and the PX are both currently selling for $93 in my neck of the woods. This way when you’re perusing the Duty Free shops,you can gauge the relative discount. I feel like Red Breast,is also pretty widely available in the states. I try to bring back bottles that I can’t get or the price is too good to pass up.

I’m in the mood for Dumb and Dumber type of humor,these days, so I’m enjoying Season 2 of Tires on Netflix.

@Mizmazzle Any chance you’ll be near Cork,where the Red Breast distillery is? A tour would probably be way too much fun.

@Mizmazzle I will also definitely be keeping my eyes open for that one. Hadn’t previously heard of it.

Over on the Books thread we were talking about a book called The Left Hand of Darkness,and I thought if there was ever to be a Left Handed Indigo/Black denim. That could be a good tag line/slogan for it. Too corny?

Sorry for the thread drift,but you guys mentioned maple syrup and sticky. Have any of you seen this?

I had totally forgotten about her. Great recommendation. She also wrote The Lathe of Heaven. I would also recommend anything by Arthur C. Clarke.

This thread has been especially great as of late. You could definitely do a very cool exhibit of The Forum Photographers. So much to choose from.
