I’ve had Friday on my mind all week. These are my first two pairs of 555s,both from around 2012,and before I was counting wears and washes.Also my first two UHF flannels. The jeans have not been altered this is how narrow the hems were back then.

@Mizmazzle Not trying to one up you but I too was wearing my Olive Green Serge shirt and had what I thought was the best Corned Beef ever at a local BBQ place.

@freepickin I was,and have been washing all my IH gear with absolute impunity,and disregard as to spin cycle etc. I’m not a fan of contrasty fades and all of my IH jeans have old school vintage fades. When they had the theme week,I posted my two oldest,most faded pairs,if you want to take a look.

@Denimhead-0 That was a cool shot,and I knew it as soon as I took it. Your Whites don’t have the lug soles like the Wescos. Hope you can ride up to the circuit again this Summer. Also Social D is playing at the Stone Pony Summer stage on September 5th. I plan on sitting outside for that one.

@Denimhead-0 I was curious as to wether or not you were going to designate them as riding boots,as I had a pair of black rough out Wescos with the exact same soles and I didn’t like riding with them. You have to be careful if you slightly drag your feet when starting or stopping,as they can catch on stuff.

I think you guys might like this story. There was a girl doing ping pong shows in NYC,right by a place that I was working at. I had gone on a few occasions. I get a call to audition for this band,I go to the audition,we hit it off, and they ask me to stick around and wait for the singer to show up. I agree and in walks the girl from the ping pong shows. We both recognize each other,after hearing her sing,I declined the offer. The singer was Wendy O. Williams,and the band would become The Plasmatics.
