Where do we report issues with the new forum?
-
I think some of the sub categories could use a reorganization and clean up. I find myself puzzled to find some topics I want to post in, and I end up having to browse for them for awhile. That concludes my vague statement.

@jordanscollected and you cannot find them with the search function? Because you don’t recall the name of the thread, or?

I really like the new forum architecture. My only issue is that when I scroll down through a long thread, it jumps down and skips a chunk of the page …. I have to keep track of where I was and scroll back up. If that makes sense. Not really a big deal just a nuisance. Nice work overall!

Same issue with scrolling on the iPad, no problem when scrolling with the IPhone

@AdamJ many thanks Adam. It’s a minor issue at best, but your efforts are appreciated!

Add another to the jumping around. Super annoying. Happens on iPad/chrome does it basically all the time when scrolling.

I’m glad the jumping around has been mentioned. It makes browsing threads with more photos a bit of a hassle. I’ve found that it happens on all browsers, Safari, Chrome, and Firefox across all iOS & iPadOS updates. My thoughts are that it has to do with the photos loading inside the particular posts. If one work around could be suggested. A toggle or setting to “load all images first” in a thread. I’d wait any amount of time longer to not lose my place while scrolling. I do hope this is resolved, especially for the threads with many posts as it seems to happen mostly on those

I don’t see the full list either. Only the first five + “and X others”… ️ ️

@Alex I guess on one level it doesn’t, although it would be nice to know. On occasions though it might be helpful to see if someone has seen a post (generally not one of my own - I’m not entirely motivated by vanity ). There have certainly been times when I might have directed someone to a relevant post if I hadn’t already seen that they had responded. ).
