@tvaillant75 Much appreciated! Yea, you totally pegged me. The vid I'm working on now is 21 oz 666's. Should be done filming this week. I'll definitely do a type 3 vid. Maybe a face off or perhaps they'll each get their own. Really enjoying making these so happy you like watching. 🍻

"I'm not Giles, but happy to chime in with a translation. It's just "slub" written in katakana script. ス=su ラ=ra ブ= bu.

Edit: Katakana is the script usually used for writing foreign loan words. Unlike hiragana which is the script usually used for writing words of a native origin. And unlike kanji, which is the script usually used for driving students of Japanese insane over the course of countless hours."

@goosehd Thank you! So I guess google got it wrong. Makes more sense that it's "Slub"

Dig the tighter silhouette and it’s turned out to be more practical than I originally planned for. Between my roomier 21oz 526PJ and this bad boy, I’m pretty smitten over here. 😍

When I stopped at BlackBlue yesterday I was able to try on this slubby. I’ve been wearing a slightly over sized lefty the last four months and quickly realized the hype behind having a proper fitting jacket.

Ended up not grabbing this one but instead an OD CPO for the RR. It was dope being able to see it on though.

Hey guys, new to the forum and seeking some advice or input about the fit of my OD jacket. The measurement chart says the XL length is the same as the XL indigo but the back of mine is riding up a little and sticking out slightly. I have the indigo slub and the fit is perfect, the back doesnt do this. Any experience with this? Im worried its only going to get worse from here on out. Will it go away and drape better as it breaks in and forms to my body? Or is it just not fitting correctly? Side pictures of the 2 jackets. Thanks in advance for any input. 1000003325.jpg 1000001703.jpg

@rickno504 first off, welcome! It’s hard to be definitive based on your pics but both jackets look like they fit well to me. You seem to be leaning forward more in the OD pic, which will accentuate any issue at the back. Others may want to add something but I think you’ll be fine when the OD jacket settles a bit. Using the waist adjustment / hem cinches might help too.

Remember no two jackets will fit exactly the same, so maybe embrace the slight differences and enjoy both for what they are.

@ARNC thanks for the response. You're right, it is sitting better now. The indigo was my 1st ever denim jacket so im still new to all of this. I love them both, been wearing them daily. Looking forward to the future with these.
