The snow is back. I’m taking it as a sign to keep the heavyweight clothes in rotation just a bit longer (and to convince myself I don’t need BOTH of the new spring flannels).

Starting my third spring with this great jacket. Two years of rotational wear and 2 hand washes so far.

@jordanscollected that’s awesome! Sounds like the perfect place for a work retreat. We haven’t been there in the winter but have been through on camping trips in the summer. Enjoy!
@labrat the Goodfight rondel and IH bell are so good
I’ve always wanted a small blade I can carry every day and this one fits the bill perfectly. It’s a Microblade from WESN based out of Detroit Michigan. This one is the blacked out model and at first look seems to be really well made. The natural leather sheath is a nice touch as well and should age and absorb indigo nicely. Glad to have something nice I can keep on hand for all the random stuff dads need a knife for.

@jordanscollected Duluth area or further up?
@michael.rose0107 I find it to be comfortable up to 75F / 24C. I work a desk job in an air conditioned environment.
@Giles that’s great to hear. Sounds like the simplest solutions are the best solutions when it comes to storing denim for the long term. An Occam’s razor approach to denim preservation
