Happy superbowl Sunday peeps!
Don’t really take many fit pics since I wear the same thing every day but here it is.

Good morning homies!
Today I’m on the fade side and definitely not the flannel. I’m in Florida so owning a flannel makes almost no sense. Maybe that will change one day, but for now, here are my most faded pieces.
IHSH-33-IND w/ 319 days of wear, 1 soak & 3 washes
IH-888S-UHR w/ 213 days of wear, 1 initial soak & 1 wash at 7 months (day 210.)

Alrighty homies. It’s day 61 & the post-wash photos are ready. I’m also adding some links below with a wash video attached incase you’re interested.

Long gone but I appreciated the deep blues in this piece.

XHS were too filthy for church so today, it’s some UHR action.

Reconfigured my roof rack situation. Instead of having the dual cases, I took one off & added my cross bars. This way I can have storage in one case & have space on the other side to strap down my surfboard.
I currently have the other case listed for sale but if it doesn’t sell I’ll throw it back on the truck and take it off whenever I need that extra space.

@Oaktavia Love it bro. color makes a huge difference imo. If I were able to get my hands on this one, I know I’d keep it.
@goosehd basically my wife’s point as well.
And I quote..
“Babe, are you actually going to wear this? You don’t wear light colors, especially not brown.”
I guess I just got too excited to try out duck for the first time, but the truth is.. I’m just a denim man.
@tody yeah man, I think I’m going to return this one. I really wanted it to work out on top of an untucked western but it just looks a bit too off for me in the back.
& no sir, the vest was unbuttoned in that picture. When the vest is buttoned up it fits amazing front & back. I’m assuming with time the fabric will ease up and it looks big cause it’s a bit boxy currently. But like I said, I’ll probably return this one. Still pondering it.

I don’t think I dig it lol. I feel like the color of this vest is just a bit too bold for this to be worn daily. If I would’ve went blue wabash or something it probably would look best.
Update: warranty doesn’t cover it but they offered me 30% off on whatever I want lol. Saving it for their 180 awning when I have the dough to splurge on it

Alright folks, just got the vest in but I honestly have no idea how I feel about it. The plan was to wear it on top of the western full time but I feel like I look kind of crazy since the western is much longer than the vest in the back.
I love how it looks with a T but realistically, I’d never wear it this way because I always have my western on and I carry things on my hip that I don’t want anyone to see.
Do you guys think It looks weird on top of the untucked western?
I added the pics of it with the T-shirt & the western tucked in for fun, but I truly need some insight if I look off with the western untucked and the vest on top.

@worn2fade Interesting. My best guess would be that you were parked in a spot where the glass of a building concentrated the sun onto those cases.
A skyscraper in London was responsible for similar damage back in 2013. They had to add a brise soleil the following year to fix the issue.

Thanks for the insight man, it seems like you’re correct cause I contacted roam and they’re saying the same thing.
“From what I see in the photos (and what we typically see in rare cases like this), that kind of damage can sometimes be caused by an intense reflected heat source, basically sunlight bouncing off something like glass or metal and concentrating heat onto one spot. It’s not common, but we’ve seen it happen in certain environments.”
The guy said he’s going to look into whether the warranty can cover this. I’m hopeful since he didn’t tell me straight up I’m out of luck, but we’ll see.
I just can’t even recall a place that I parked next to that could’ve possibly done that.
