Try weighted squats and deadlifts. Strengthening your lower back - provided you do it safely and sustainably, see a strength PT if necessary - is a great preventative. I read a study somewhere about strength athletes having lower levels of back injury than the general population, which sounds counterintuitive until you realise that most of what these guys do all day is strengthen their lower backs.

I noticed a multitude of new offers at too-good-to-be-true prices. Photos are taken from older listings, seller accounts are probably hacked or otherwise compromised. Don't fall for these!

My rule of thumb is: If they don't have any or good reviews, I will not even bother scrolling their listing/contacting them any further.

Edited to add: ...also if the price is too good to be true, there's almost always a catch.
