I noticed a multitude of new offers at too-good-to-be-true prices. Photos are taken from older listings, seller accounts are probably hacked or otherwise compromised. Don't fall for these!

My rule of thumb is: If they don't have any or good reviews, I will not even bother scrolling their listing/contacting them any further.
Edited to add: ...also if the price is too good to be true, there's almost always a catch.

How come if you screw up and pay too little tax, they want it all at once, but if they screw up and you pay too much tax, they get to pay you back in instalments?

A "chemically impared" motorist took out a fire hydrant and power line right outside our house this evening so I spent several hours wading through muddy water - somewhere between 45k and 90k gallons total

I will say that I spent a good portion of my youth shit talking life in the suburbs but every one of our neighbors as well as all the first responders all went above and beyond to help us out - unfortunately you don't always get that same attitude living in big cities these days
