Conveniently cut off my smug grin and my slippers!
Rare day off for the 421-IND yesterday.

Wanted to be able to layer, and wear just over a tee and of course the Crew have worked their magic again!

The shoulders are slightly on the large side, but not to the extent in the photo - I must be standing lopsided!
Oh, and I am smiling @Tago-Mago !
235 + 189 = Armour!

Not a great deal of colour variation going on these last few days…

235, 101, 33od, 421 plus 555S-21.
Today, Ed is mostly wearing…

@Ross said in Iron Heart Japan Fit Pics - and other great images from Japan…:
Not sure I can pull that one off quite so cool…

So, it took more back and forth than your average tennis match, but thanks to @Shaun @Graham @Bailey and @JamesB, as well as a final nudge from @FlavourFade - we got there! Of course, the fit is spot on, just as you said it would be!
Why do I feel like I’m cheating on the 421-IND though?

@Matt - have they surgically removed one of your Crocs?
Swift recovery my friend.
Currently assisting my son in building a Mirafit power rack in the garage - it includes the M100 power rack itself, plus the cable system, adjustable weight bench, landmine, Olympic barbell and 100kg of bumper plates. Seems like decent value. He already has free weights up to 30kg.
I’m well into my 50’s, and have always been more into aerobic fitness than strength or conditioning training, but feeling that I would benefit from using the equipment…if he lets me loose on it!
Would appreciate some guidance on where to start…

That’s a stock photo, not my garage!

@Tago-Mago - are these recommendations from your therapist?
@Tago-Mago - based on my work calendar for this afternoon, I can foresee that happening sooner rather than later.
After the week so far, I could easily have laid down in a dark room with some death metal at volume 11, but had tickets to see Beth Orton at my local independent venue. Came out in a much better mood than the one I went in with!

A cut-back, folk-based set. She played piano (keyboard) and guitar. Her husband does the support act and then plays guitar, banjo and violin for the main set. Superb musicality and wholesome interactions between themselves and the crowd.
Inspired to get my G-Shock back in service…

Might need a clean too!
UnTucked/33-OD combo today
