i love your setup jii. and i wouldn't mind some ragu either…
recent fixins:
getting ingreeds togeths

roasting up pistachios & hazelnuts

honey & cream, bring to the boil…

and pour over chocolate, butter (plus whatever spices/ liquers you fancy)

stir like crazy until consistency is smooth (no photo because my hands were full) and throw bowls in the fridge
crushing nuts like sizing down on beatle busters

bring out your bowls and roll mixture into a ball, then roll in cocoa/nuts/whatevs

bam!
truffle time

wash up brussels sprouts; halve + score at the base

slice up some bacon rashers and dice up half an onion
git that bacon frying for about 5 minutes and then throw in the onion for a further 5
some herbs at this stage go down a treat

quarter cup of chicken stock, two tablespoons of soy and liberal splashes of tabasco


throw the sprouts in and throw em liquids over the top. cover and cook for about 20 mins or until nicely braised

and…. bam


it's officially lunchtime.
