                  Tonight, Thai. Laab gai (minced chicken salad thingie, a favorite), som tum (a traditional pairing to laab gai, green papaya salad, also a favorite), and some red curry shrimp. Not gonna lie, pretty delicious. Completely paleo except I used a bit of butter along with the coconut oil in the curry.

                    Tomatillo roasted pulled pork enchiladas with mole sauce. With a nice citrus corn and bean salad and a very refreshing glass of dog fish head theobroma courtesy of JD!

                      Redundant? Yes. Wild coho salmon marinated in a dill/lemon/olive oil vinaigrette and poached in butter and dill. Steamed asparagus. Chard, spinach, arugula, tat soi tossed in an herb vinaigrette with green peppercorn rinded goat cheese. The Prisoner red Napa table wine.

                          Last night, grassfed strip au poivre, broiled lobster with a homemade organic herbed grassfed butter sauce, steamed asparagus with the same butter sauce.

                                        This usually doesn’t happen, but these two meals look the same… Though with a closer look they are actually quite different underneath. Both were tasty too! 🙂
