                I love those kinda dishes…a huge plate full of "everything" mixed together and some fruits as dessert. brilliant!

                  Thanks!  I worked a lot of large muscle groups today, needed to provide them with lots of nutrients to help em heal.

                      Looks great!  Careful on tabata, I don't think you're supposed to do that more than twice or possible thrice a week.

                        why?…i did it (still doing it) each morning after getting out of bed and before having breakfast!
                        imo it´s a great start into your day. your body gets fired up, burns calories through the whole day and i´m pretty much alive after those 4minutes!

                          1. Do this workout 3 times per week - allow yourself at least one full day of recovery between workouts. Your body needs to heal itself, increase the strength of your heart and lungs, etc.

                            ^thanks mate…see what i can do to keep it at 3 then. should be no problem cuz i´m starting working out again, so i´m gonna pass on tabata at workout days!

                            anyway, made some burgers today:

                                    the funny thing is I now can even eat it raw without any other things on the plate…now who would have thought that 😃
                                    and no, haven't tried guacamole yet...definitely need though, since I already saw a few great things made with it!

                                      I am a recovering avocado hater.  I used to not be able to stomach it in anything but sushi.  That and olives I kind of brute forced until I loved them a while back.

                                        "a recovering avocado hater" ha 😃 …tbh. i never hated them, but i also never had one so that´s the reason i was a bit "surprised" with their oily consistence and all of that! now i love´em though, so all is good! 😉
