                ok, where to start!?

                paleo day25 today and the following dish wasthebomb…those zucchini noodels = unbefuckinglievable!
                tbh., the best thing i came across so far! 😘

                porkfilet
                roasted tomateos, mushrooms & zucchini core
                zucchini noodels, chopped jalapeno & garlic

                                  I love those kinda dishes…a huge plate full of "everything" mixed together and some fruits as dessert. brilliant!

                                    Thanks!  I worked a lot of large muscle groups today, needed to provide them with lots of nutrients to help em heal.

                                        Looks great!  Careful on tabata, I don't think you're supposed to do that more than twice or possible thrice a week.

                                          why?…i did it (still doing it) each morning after getting out of bed and before having breakfast!
                                          imo it´s a great start into your day. your body gets fired up, burns calories through the whole day and i´m pretty much alive after those 4minutes!

                                            1. Do this workout 3 times per week - allow yourself at least one full day of recovery between workouts. Your body needs to heal itself, increase the strength of your heart and lungs, etc.
