Thanks for that. I've actually had Momofoku's steamed buns and it's what got me hooked. Then I tried Bao Haus a few blocks away and Banh Mi Boyz in Toronto(which are my favorite). Such an amazing dish. I might actually go to the new Momofoku in Toronto tomorrow night if we can get in.

Based on how good these came out I'll definitely have try and swing by Momofuku while I'm in NY if I can. These may easily become my go to food after a long night of drinking.
