RAWs and Duck…
Fried sliced pork and beef, at the same time I sliced 3 paprika, 2 onions and tossed them in a teflon-pot.
Added some water, can of smashed tomatoes, can of arrabiata tomato sauce, 2 buillon cubes, 2 garlics, some spices and 2 dl sour cream. Let simmer at least 1 hour. The longer, the better. Cook Rice. Serve with salad on the side and slices of bread.

People coming to dinner i…
Thought I'd do the G mega Lasagne (After Jamie Oliver). Sorry loads of photos.....
Grind that meat (Beef and Pork belly)
Aromatics
Fry Pancettea with cinnnamon
Add the chopped aromatics and add oil
Fry for a bit
Add the meat, some bay leaves and red wine
Place soaked greaseproof paper over casserole (this helps seal the pan)
Pop the top on and then chuck in the oven for 2 hours
One of the things that makes this version of Lasagne so great is layers of butternut squash roasted with ground coriander, crushed red chilis and salt & papper
Assembling the layers
Ready for the oven
Then I forgot to take a photo of it when it came out of the oven, so this'll have to do
