But it is extremely potent - Paula and I are coughing and sneezing from just being in the same room in which I ground the chillis.....

As mentioned before, it has been a disappointing year for chilli ripening, so I cropped most of the remainder we had on plants.  In the warming drawer drying out, so I can make into powder later…

My first thought for your small but colorful pepper bounty was to pickle them, but you are well versed in the art of brining.

How did your preserved lemons turn out?

Preserved lemons are great thanks, but I just have not got int the habit of using them regularly enough…..
