Probably the most expensive chilli powder in the world (because very few of my chillis actually ripened this year)…

But it is extremely potent - Paula and I are coughing and sneezing from just being in the same room in which I ground the chillis.....

As mentioned before, it has been a disappointing year for chilli ripening, so I cropped most of the remainder we had on plants.  In the warming drawer drying out, so I can make into powder later…

Roast chicken Sunday, chicken stock yesterday, egg drop soup for lunch today…..

I don't normally do fish fingers, but if I did, they'd probably be the best fish fingers in the world…..
