@WhiskeySandwich thanks man! Nope, just a local gym near my house. I like it a lot because it’s all old people so every machine or bench is always open

I was recently looking at old photos and how I have changed from a 280lbs power lifting static monster in my 20s, switching to body builder type workouts and my best shape 240lbs in my 30s and then to a more healthy 200lbs from more training functional lifts currently at nearly 50.

My goals may change but will always enjoy throwing weight around.

But on a serious note about to spend the next 30 minutes or so with my physical therapist/massage therapist to work on my bicep tendinitis on my left arm. whatever I’m doing I’m probably doing incorrectly 🤣

@northsouthdenimguy I had bicep tendinitis recently and it was a bitch. I switched to supported single dumbbell curls over the back of my upright bench, bout 80 degrees, spammed lightweight side laying rotator cuff lifts and got rid of it after a month or so. Worked for me, everyone is different tho. Good luck with it man

Interesting I’ll have to look at that doing that

After my first session last week, I felt 100 times better. He really got after it today, though. Hoping it will feel even better.

I’m going to use my massage gun lightly this evening, working from my shoulder down through my bicep and forearm, and then put the TENS machine and cold pack after I’m done…

OK, I think Giles “might” even approve of these.

                        Looks tasty

@jdwaid I loved that gym. The atmosphere and comradery between the young and older experienced lifters was brilliant. Closed down many years ago unfortunately.
