Anyone know where to buy YKK Permex L snaps?
I want to move the male portion of the snaps on the cuff of my 427 in order to shrink the size down so they don't slip over my hands, but I'm having the worst trouble finding anyone that sells genuine YKK Permex L snaps. I have the tools, ability, and will to do the work myself. I just need the hardware.

What is the thing I should be paying attention to - be it a measurement, cut, material - that will help me know in advance if a shirt or jacket will pull significantly at the back when I cross my arms or reach forward? Hope that makes sense.
I feel like I have jackets with very similar measurements and some pull and some don't. Like this season's storm rider jacket. I exchanged a 3XL for a 4XL, and both the shoulder and chest measurements are larger than what I typically wear, but it doesn't fit comfortably and feels tight.

Was never a problem to me with this Brand.

Movement is about fabric, cut and measurements….Searched, scored and lost negligible over the years ;-).
But biggest movement provides the IHJ-24 „First Zip“ to me.

@Aetas, yeah, anything with shoulder gussets is a huge win. Wish it was more commonplace.
My Type II (IHJ-507-SLB) is probably my favorite fitting jacket that doesn't have this construction. I have one IH jacket with gussets (IHJ-144) and maybe everything else is just a try and see type of thing.

I think I found them. Needed to type “duck loggers” in the search. 801D. I think these were made with a Talon zipper even?
