Mizmazzle’s Trip Across the Pond

If you planned on trying some coddle whilst in Dublin I highly recommend Gravedigger's, a beautiful old pub with some great food and of course a perfect Guinness!

Yesterday marked the beginning of the road trip chapter out to the south west coast of Ireland. We landed in Ballyvaughn and we couldn’t be happier with this gorgeous little seaside village.

@Mizmazzle great stuff, Mark. Looks like a great little town. Loving the side story of Redbreast discovery in Ireland . The PX is stellar. Redbreast 27 is next!

Btw, duty free at Dublin Airport is a great place for whiskey shopping. They usually have an amazing Redbreast selection (cheaper too, obviously).

@Jett129 we actually fly out of Cork to Bristol on Saturday. Don’t think we’ll have time to do the distillery though. When you mentioned it I almost rearranged our plans to make it happen. That’s how much I’m digging the Redbreast. But we’re having too much fun in these little coastal villages to leave any sooner than we have to. Thank god for the Duty Free @americanathreads

@Alex oh man! It’s not uncommon to get half a pint glass full for a pour in some of the dive bars around my house.
