I love slow cooked pork the day of, but leftover pulled pork cooked crispy with scrambled eggs and pickled onions is one of my top 5 favorite meals.

I like to use my left over pulled pork in a Cheese Quesadilla with a sharp cheddar,coleslaw and BBQ Sauce.
