For those of you wondering who has the sample...
This 21oz CPO will be getting all of my attention. I will be posting here regularly, as I did with the IHSH-409 Sample from two summers ago. I am going to give this thing absolute Hell over the next year and document it all here, your favorite forum.
First impressions are that this thing is built the Iron Heart way. Impressive off the bat, heavy as Hell, yet soft and super comfortable. I really love the way 21oz looks unwashed as it fades initially, so I plan to keep this thing dry as practically possible.
So stoked to start this one! Thank you @Alex and the Stubborn Crew at IH for making this happen. I love Iron Heart! Let's go!

Here you can see the sleeves are wet as I have been setting the creases. I highly recommend using a spray mister bottle (like for plants) to dampen areas that will crease. It helps a ton with creating intricate fold patterns on the inner arms.

@alexswords dude! So awesome! Brand new! So stoked for you man and eternaly green with envy.
Thank y'all for the this discussion, it was insightful to read through everyone's perspectives. I think what I will do is stick to my plan and fade the feck outta one main pair and have a side pair that I wear once or twice a week. I'll get through them eventually.
I seek the fadiest of fades I can't stop that!!!

“Steve Jobs made it so simple.”
I’m sure some people think we’re already doing this…
I just tell my students who are rude enough to ask why I wear the "same" thing every day (I really don't, it's just all similar looking denim) that my closet is all full with multiples of the same outfit. Like in cartoons.

@northsouthdenimguy no worries at all dude, some folks prefer to wait till they are a few deep before writing. I enjoyed reading it!

Collaborative are between my son (9 months) and I. He painted the blue, turquoise and white with his feet. I came in with paint markers afterwards.
I want to make more tokens like this while he is still so little. I think that later in life we will love that we did this. Definitely making more, just need to go to the hardware store.
I went with my RW size and they are roomy but totally doable. I bet I could squeeze in a 10.5 but I have 11s. They are just a hair longer than my other boots and shoes I compared them to. So you may be able to choose a smaller or larger size within half a size. @northsouthdenimguy I know you didn't ask me but I told.
@northsouthdenimguy Thank you for the write up, I value the insight and it actually does help quite a bit. 50 boots is wild! That is amazing you were able to sell 30 of them. I have sold about 30 items total from my collection in the past year and it feels AMAZING!
I wanted to point out the point you made about having too much gear and it causing anxiety. My wife said it's stressing me out that I have too many pants to wear. And it is true. Who knew, when we think we relieve stress by "therapy purchases" and it just compounds it. The entropy of an isolated system always increases over time.

…and to add, I entered in one indigo invitational and made it about 3 months before I realized it wasn’t for me. I hated the thought of having to wear the same jeans day in and day out. It was that revelation that made me realize that the entire charts, wears, washes, etc wasn’t for me.
Oh yes, they aren't for me either...
