I don’t have any experience with any of the vintage denims. I think the closest would be the new slub, though. These are the same denim as Sugar Cane Okinawa, and it’s real slubby and irregular.

The Hawaii is not the same denim as the Okinawa.
The Hawaii is RHT whereas the Okinawa is LHT (or was it the other way 'round?). Also the Okinawa is darker than the Hawaii

OOF. And I thought my weather today was bad because it's 54F when I wake up, and gets to about 86F by mid afternoon. Definitely happy to have the snow behind me for the season! Although, it was sad packing away my winter coats for the season a couple weeks ago..

Saw this Duck chore coat on Grailed and it won't fit me, but it caught my eye for sure as a really rare item. Size small, and the IH forum link says it was never stocked in the US. I hope someone on here picks this up.
