IH-666SII - 18oz Indigo/Indigo Slim Cut Jean

My pair is just a little bit too small, so I only get to wear em when I'm a little on the skinnier side. They're f'n awesome, wish my pair was one size bigger.
@popvulture what size is your pair?

@Matt they're 33. I'd say they fit about like your TW-666. Snug on me but wearable.

Yeah they fit and they’ll definitely loosen up, was just a little worried I could blow em out. I always gain 5 lbs in the winter and everything fits a bit tighter for a minute
If they do show any real stress I could send em in for a precautionary darning.

14oz II sounds fantastic — my stash of denim is mostly heavyweight, so I definitely welcome something interesting on the lighter side

My 634s in this denim are mostly retired. There’s a bit of marbling on them but the denim was great.

I would've posted to the correct thread but the conversation about indigo x indigo made me want to show prospective future buyers what this denim did for me.

@popvulture those look about the same as my pair right now. I love how they fit, but every time I throw them on I think they look just tooooo dark with whatever outfit I'm wearing at the time. I keep telling myself they won't get any lighter unless I wear 'em.
I should probably just do what I did with my 666XHS and just commit to wearing them every day for a couple weeks.

I love the way they fade ! And you can almost wear them the whole year here in Germany

Yeah @chrisjohnnick I agree — especially with the contrast stitching, they can be a bit much out of the gate. I think they really start to look good when they get some significant fading on em. I think the main reason I was attracted to these was seeing a pair that Nizzel posted years ago, which showed his typically amazing fading.
My main problem with these is that I had a mishap with my washing machine — the taps were switched, so when I washed stuff on cold I was actually nuking it with pure hot water. I rendered a pair of PBJs totally unwearable, as well as shrank a couple other things too much for my liking. Luckily the problem's fixed now, but oy what a pain. Anyway, these shrank some and the fades got a little shifted, but luckily it was early in the process. They've been a little too tight, but I think if I give em some hard wear, they'll loosen up. I gave em a spritz of water when I put em on this morning and it really helped.
