      most def mate!…

      @toddjcoley:

      Rafa what was the bolognese like. Seen that on the eat drink paleo site?

      nope, actually it´s noodles made out of zucchini and some meat with raw tomatoe sauce and a bit of garlic!
      just came to my mind back then…a pretty simple, but badass dish! 😉

        The Bolognese works really well with spaghetti squash as well. Wonderful if you haven't tried it yet. Of course I'm not true Paleo so you know I make sure to add plenty of cheese!

            I definitely do dairy despite a paleo bent to my diet. I drink at least a half gallon of organic, pastured milk a day. For those of us who have no dairy intolerance, it's a damn cheap source of nutrients.

            Think it, be it.

              Any of you dairy eaters eat Greek yogurt? I used to swear by the stuff but have found the holy grail of yogurt…

              Skyr - Icelandic style yogurt made from skim milk. A cup of it has about 17+g of protein, 0g fat. Super thick and yogurty much like Greek yogurt.

                Wow sounds great. I use Icelandic butter, the best I've ever had ( Smjor I think it's called). Doesn't surprise me that other dairy is also good. I bet it has tons of CLA too.

                    Yeah, given the process of extracting whey and concentrating the yogurt, the tzatziki would come out super thick and luscious.

                        They carry Smjor for sure. It is tremendous. Loaded with omega 3s and CLA.  Enjoy, let me know how you like it.

                          just for the guys that are on the fence if they should start with paleo or not 😉

                          yesterday´s pre-workout dessert:

                          So I made one of these last week on one of my lifting days, but with regular natural crunchy peanut butter out of the jar - so good (and really filling)!

                          Can't wait to try it with some better nut butters.
