So I made one of these last week on one of my lifting days, but with regular natural crunchy peanut butter out of the jar - so good (and really filling)!

Can't wait to try it with some better nut butters.

avocado is my favourite by now…i think the meat next to it is chicken wrapped in bacon

the recipe of what?

the fries: slice sweet potatoe in pieces, add oil, salt and pepper and put in oven…done!

the patties: 200-300g tuna, 2 eggs, 3-4tbsp. ground almonds, salt&pepper, chopped leek. mix everything together, let it set for ~5minutes, form&grill patties...enjoy!
