yesterday´s pre-workout dessert:
So I made one of these last week on one of my lifting days, but with regular natural crunchy peanut butter out of the jar - so good (and really filling)!
Can't wait to try it with some better nut butters.

Last nights dinner for two at my loft. I made homemade crab cakes homemade lemon vinegar et dressing placed on a be of lettuce.

avocado is my favourite by now…i think
the meat next to it is chicken wrapped in bacon

the recipe of what?
the fries: slice sweet potatoe in pieces, add oil, salt and pepper and put in oven…done!
the patties: 200-300g tuna, 2 eggs, 3-4tbsp. ground almonds, salt&pepper, chopped leek. mix everything together, let it set for ~5minutes, form&grill patties...enjoy!
