You iron chefs never fail to impress.
Kalbi here with Kim Chee, a gochujang sauce, and an Asian slaw.

I have a feeling where we are going to have a discussion about this over beer and crabs to settle any disputes. @Matt @steelworker
Agreed?
TheFisher’s Old Bay caramel popcorn is outstanding.
Legit crab houses don’t use OB though, they use J.O.’s
@Graeme beautiful bags. But they’re taking a step back in terms of the practical simplicity that makes Rofmia great.
For example, they use a very nice stretch material in the pockets built into the interior of the clamshell lid. I love the up cycled Japanese workwear garment fabric in theory, but for practical purposes that pocket will be more rigid and less adaptable to ebb and flow capacity with a stretch material that can “borrow” volume from the main compartment.
The other step back is having rigid leather bonded dyneema water bottle pockets. The sort of stretchy neoprene like material with a band at the top for support that is being replaced is literally the best water bottle pocket I have experienced. It will firmly hold small and very large bottles equally well. I can’t see this matching that.
That said, beautiful bags. But I have no fomo.
Carryology has posted their feature on the Rofima collaboration bag.

There are sixteen bags, spread across three colourways. They cost ¥260,000, about $1,670, if you're lucky enough to win the lottery.
@ler224 Yep, I have added beneath the fit pic above. I'll get the rest of the crew to try on tomorrow
