We've thought about it a number of times....

I'm pretty good at talking, but I absolutely hate writing.

However, I have been thinking about starting a board where I explore different aspects of how we do business. I think some of the things we do, and how we do them are fairly unique. I'm also quite keen to explore some of the business drivers and explain them from our point of view. None of it is rocket science, but as my good friend George once said to me. Rocket science is not rocket science, it is just a longer sequence of simple processes

@Giles I think both would be sick... and don't forget, there's more than 1 way to write books, you could talk into a tape recorder for instance and have a ghostwriter (or co-writer) compile it all for you; I'd happily do it myself if I was qualified (never written a book before although I've dreamed of it).

A couple ideas:

1. A ranch coat with a shearling collar either in a rough leather like this one or corduroy.

2. The same split steer leather used in the type III but in a different cut. Something more traditional for a leather jacket.

Or at least a IHSH-287 with pockets, that thing screams out for them!

@goosehd There's a guy,in Michigan, that has made some cool brass belt buckles for Ship John. He might,at least, be a good guy to talk to about the feasibility of something like this,and what the cost might be like. If there was enough interest.

In for this, too! Gotta be solids for me, though. Wouldn't be as into them if they had graphics. Would love a white/black trim, white/olive trim, and maybe an all white or all black?
