Not too fussed about the blaze orange or battleship grey personally. I would rock the Battleship Grey for sure, but I would prefer denim wills or the Oak like waxed one.

Reporting back after having these for about 2 weeks.
I was stressed because they were my first pair of IH jeans. Never had anything this heavy + never had anything with tag size 40 before.
After the initial soak and wash--> perfect fit and they just keep getting better the more I wear them. I absolutely love them more than any other jeans I own.
Measurements were quite close to that of my 38 Freenote Portolas and I can confirm that It was the right thing to do to trust the measurements rather than the tag size alone.
They are a little roomier but not baggy by any means.

Okay. I have had major analysis paralysis thinking should I get the duck cargos ( they had silent restock of a few sizes ) or wait for 21oz sbg or od.
I have also been looking at this thread and searching info about the XHSib for several days.
I just decided that fck it I am skipping the ducks and 21oz for now and joining the 25oz gang.
So I ordered size 40, because funnily enough the measurements almost exactly the same as my 38 freenote portolas ( with some extra length and room to grow in thigh ).

I don't have a bathtub. Soak recommended but not mandatory? Advice is welcome.
I have a chance to book a communal sauna with dual showers. Does standing in the shower wearing them make any sense? Is that a dumb question? Anyway 25oz lfg.

Becoming a duck head with my recent duck purchases I am now looking at this one differently and with interest. One thing I agree on after watching the video is that it's surprising that the length on this one is so short compared to other modified type 3s. I scrolled up and saw some folks complaining about the same thing.
For example: IH-526Lod XXXL measures 27.7 in length on average and XXXXL IH-9526PJ 27.7 on average. I have both and their length is perfect for me.
Has this model always been so short?

Yeah count me in waiting for these to drop again. Had to check the remaining sizes for the duck cargos, but unfortunately wasn't available in my size anymore.
After acquiring the untucked and 20oz duck chore, I am now convinced I need a pair of duck trousers.

Instagram promises some good news for people waiting for preorders ''soon''.

I actually went and emailed them politely suggesting if they could do the drops at some time that works for us poor euros so it's not at 2am on a weekday (unless they announce them). No harm trying right?

I guess it will be even more special and feel unique if I manage to secure an item from them.
I suppose a part of me would not be drawn to them if they were common. In that case I would probably just stick with IH only.

Not a fan of ultra limited runs of anything by default, but surely I am not the only one to admit it is really cool to own something that not many others do.

@goosehd My bad. They had sent a newsletter in January, but it announced other stuff and just had a short mention about them getting the Denim Wills ready for preorder.

I got quite long arms and my XXXL has sleeves that are "just right", but it is otherwise roomy. Mine fits just like I intended, to layer.
But I can see with the smaller sizes the shorter sleeve length could be a dealbreaker for some folks!

Is this still a while away? Any updates?

There is one XXXL on a small sale at Tendrel. Someone grab it before I cave in and spend more money.
