I have been very happy with my purchase even though I originally wanted the OD.

Might get a better idea under natural light. But you might see the indigo fade a bit here.

Went ahead and got XXXL. First I thought that I might have been better off with SP-Large but after almost 2 weeks of non-stop wear It has stopped squeaking and maybe stretched a centimeter or two in some places. Will try to get as much wear before it gets too cold here because this is definitely a ''Wear with a t-shirt'' jacket for me.
Now very happy with my purchase and It's already a favorite after the initial quite brutal break in period.
Happy owner of two IH type 3s now, this and a SP-Large Superblack ( Both serve a purpose ).

Apologies for poor image quality. This was not on my radar but I went and bought it anyway. I am happy I did because It is unique and the fabric feels amazing. XXXL here 6'2 and 220lbs ish.
Fit is good. Definitely just right on shoulders and sleeves.
It is a bit roomy at the bottom, but I tried the cinch thing and that makes it more fitted at least for me.

It's officially RJ-1 season here in the north now that Autumn is creeping in.
I had size XL previously but I either got some gains or it shrunk. Gave it to my father. Jackets typically get passed down the other way around heh but I am glad I could give something back.
Got an XXL in the spring to replace because let's face it it's an awesome jacket. I was first worried that I was actually between sizes but I like the extra room for layering. Like with the CPO here.
Daydreaming about the UnTucked trifecta. Hope it gets completed soon so I can get my first.
Looking forward to the measurements dropping on these. I remember Alex mentioning in the FW25 drop video that they would be looking into increasing the length a little bit.
I mean ofc its meant to be a short jacket but it would be awesome as long as it's not uber short.
@JerkStore How else is one to fade multiple shirts at the same time

Can a second hand score get better than this?
I didn't think twice when I found it.
@Alex There is something about those pillows
@CAliCO_faded Looks awesome. I went with the indigo one after all. 12oz is definitely a super versatile weight for a denim shirt.
Those are some really nice photos. Good job with the marketing for FW25.
This could be a must have for me personally. I got bit by the IH bug some time ago after getting the IH-9526PJ and I love how the 21oz feels.
Also had to get the indigo CPO from the SelfEdge collab, because I wanted a western. I love the CPO, because after the breaking in period it is way more forgiving on my forearms than the 295-BB (which I had to sell due the sleeves just being way too tight around my forearms). So lacking a black shirt
I think the work cut could maybe work better for me + the 21oz + pockets. So now I am thinking: CPO + 21oz + Work Shirt = Yes please.
I know there's no point to document any progress for a non-fade but I am looking forward to seeing some more pics of the sample if possible!
@ÆRϺΔΚ They made something like that. I thrifted a single color burgundy UFH for my girlfriend a while back.
@CosmoSix5 I think the one on the right is just for comparison.
@Alex Nice! You don't normally think that something might fit the ladies as well. But seeing this photo I now think maybe an size XS would have actually been a nice gift for my lady.
I Once found a second hand smaller size burgundy UHF and It's gotten so much wear!
@pfw821 Not these. The 634S-SBG. These hopefully soon too.
@Chibs Any day now..... I keep telling myself.
I guess the main difference to what someone might call a bomber is that a tanker has the collar that zips all the way up?
I like that because it makes the piece more versatile since it might provide a little more wind protection. However since it is a lightweight jacket I wonder how thin the ribbed collar is.
The pockets look great. Reminds me of Freenote Mariner jackets.
Have to wait and see. Could be quite versatile if you have room to layer and if its not too short.
Mine just arrived. With copper snaps of course. This is a perfect denim shirt. Year round wear piece and goes well under every jacket I own.
