@jordanscollected was there last week and considering he’s in the food industry is probably good with knives. My thoughts are that he’s the point man scouting locations for IH and to perform the procedures. IH has shown up this week to take possession of the goods and to transport them back to the UK.
@mclaincausey while thinking he’s there for a wedding has been tricked into the area as a subject.
Here’s the theory in full: Jeff is going to use his skill to remove organs and Alex and crew are going to take them back to the UK. I’m still waiting for @Anesthetist to show up in all of this to put @mclaincausey under.

Oh crap…this is all starting to make sense now. IH doesn’t mean Ironheart, it stands for Illuminati Headquarters. @Giles is the grand leader and because things are getting too hot in Gosport, he’s having to move operations to international waters.
@sabergirl is the librarian. The main contact to “check out” new organs and to put special requests in. I’m sure all of you are tied into this somehow, but I have to readjust my tinfoil signals deflector to figure the rest of this out…

Josh got us some champagne and all the food looked great. I know my scallops and grits with fried oysters were great. Creole barbecue sauce on it. I’d been telling Keira the day before of one of my two meals I always try to get in NOLA, the Cafe Lüke shrimp and grits, similarly a creole barbecue affair but also with Tasso and andouille over stone ground cheese grits (other being the Cochon fried rabbit livers with pepper jelly) the day before, so I basically wound up at BEARCAT because I wasn’t gonna have a chance to get that Lüke meal and they had a version of it to scratch my itch. You can opt for shrimp on it but I stuck with the scallops, added the optional fried ersters, and enjoyed it.
