eagerly awaiting the drop of these aswell! doing all sorts of math to make sure I get it right the first time

recently sold off my 555xhsib and a pair of 555s that I sized too small on. so I have the extra funds ready for these! (and quite possibly another pair of wescos
)555 and 888 are quite different cuts. You can not have both of them fitting like a glove in the same size tag

@Yoprst true, I have a pair of 634, 555, and 888 at the moment all for different fits. I like how these have a higher rise and smaller leg opening than the 634 but they aren't too restrictive. 555's are definitely my cut when sized right but I like the extra room sometimes.
currently I just have the 888 in 14oz OD in a tag size 34. they measure almost exactly what the size guide shows for tag 32 in these xhsib. so i'm planning on a tag 32 for this drop depending on if the measurements for this run work out. possibly 31 but I'd rather err on the side of caution

@Oaktavia bad ass jeans, boots as well.

Damn wish the 777 had tonal stitching
-
@Denimhead-0 thanks man!
@Gavin666 tonal stitching FTW
-
@Oaktavia so awesome man! Definitely making my decision an easy one once these release. Always look forward to your pics but the XHSib ones just hit a little different haha.

Apologies if answered already somewhere. What is the sizing usually like on these? Do you size down one and they stretch out a little?
You'll find a lot of different answers for this one. Starting with the most common, I'd say they mostly fall along these lines:
- Go true to size.
- Go a little bit bigger.
- Go a little bit smaller.
-
@1WayTrip I went true to size with my XHS and UHR, both in 888 cut. IB will vary a bit but based on last drops measurements I would’ve stuck with a 34 for the same fit. Doesn’t seem like you need to size up if the measurements stay the same, biggest piece of advice is make sure you have space for your thighs (assuming you have thick thighs, usually what draws people to this cut.)
-
@nurunuru I can’t imagine anyone sizing down on an 888. Not saying no one has but shoot, this would be impossible for me lol.
