Thanks, I saw that and wasn’t sure if there was a newer update as that was from May. Thankfully the re-loved pair I just purchased will hold me for now!

For me my 666 UHR are slightly short in the rear rise, as they have less of a natural slope compared to my 633/634 XHS.

I was wearing a pair of 634S-B’s size 40, and they got a little tight in the waist so I purchased a 634 XHS size 42. I figured going up a few ounces justified a size up, to make the break in easier. Those fit great in the waist, everywhere else was way too baggy.

After asking on here the consensus was made that I either need a 634 size 40 with a larger waist measurement, or a slimmer cut size 42.

Purchased a pair of 666 UHR size 42 and they are basically “painted on”. The rear rise also doesn’t do it for me, as stated above. They are always sliding down, and they are by no means loose.

Currently i’m wearing a 633 XHS size 40 and they are great. They have a slightly larger waist measurement, without all that extra bagginess the 634 size 42 had.

recently sold off my 555xhsib and a pair of 555s that I sized too small on. so I have the extra funds ready for these! (and quite possibly another pair of wescos )

555 and 888 are quite different cuts. You can not have both of them fitting like a glove in the same size tag

How about compared to 634 sizing? I always gravitate back towards the 634, just get tired of the lower rear rise, need something slightly higher. Front rise is spot on. I usually wear a size 40.

Tried both the 666 in a 42 and 888 in a 40 and they were both a no go. 666 I didn’t mind the slim profile, but they have even less of a rear rise compared to the 634. 888 had way too much front rise for me, so they didn’t work either.

I notice the 555 has a lower front rise with a higher rear rise, which seems to be what i’m looking for. Measurements between the 555 and 634 in a size 40 are similar in the thigh and such, my concern is the knee down. I pretty much fill out a pair of 634’s in the top block. I could definitely do without the extra material from the knee down, without them being “too slim”. Basically is it worth giving the 555 a go in my 634 size?

Jeans have had their initial soak in ice cold water, therefore they should have plenty of shrinkage remaining. They not been hemmed or washed traditionally with agitation. Waist: 21.75” Front rise: 12” Rear rise: 16.5” Thigh: 14” Knee: 10.25” Inseam: 36”

Does the newest batch have the thread runoff on the sides similar to the wabash/cpo/denim shirts? The photo that was posted of the ombre next to the purple flannels appears to show a yellow thread hanging.

Hoping to get some help with sizing. I have a pair of 21oz 634 overdyed in a size 40 that I wore for the summer. Love them, but the waist has doubled over and basically stretched out in a bad way, and the crotch area is very “cross hatched”. I love the fit minus the waist. In reality they don’t have any extra material in the thigh/seat/crotch, hence why they are on the path to wearing out early. Here’s my dilemma:

I recently purchased a pair of XHS 634 in a size 42. The waist fits great, way better than the OD’s ever did, so I feel like I nailed it there. Everywhere else is way too baggy with more material than I care for.

If I hot soak these, is it possible that the thighs and other areas will shrink down to my liking? Is the better option finding a size 40 with a waist that measures on the larger side? Finally do I try a 633 or 666 cut in a 42?
