He’s growing fast and finding Iron Heart clothing very comfy!

3kg to 6.4kg in 19 days! Really helping along the 21oz fades!

First wash after c100 days wearing everyday at home and it has gone from being a good fit (but slightly large chest and arms & too long in sleeves) to being spot on and made to measure! Lost c 0.5-0.75” all over at 40’c

I find the OD is the only denim that I have that I don’t care about fades as it looks so good from day 1. Fingers crossed re the sleeves 🫰

Picked these up from Iron Shop Provisions sale. Freenote Cloth Rio’s made exclusively for ISP out of Vidalia denim from the US. Super comfy and soft from the off (totally different to my 16.5oz brown/blue Rio’s which are really stiff). Interesting stitching down both sides rather than just the inside leg and really cool Selvedge ID.

These have done me proud this summer. Few wears and sore feet under straps but no broken in and can walk for miles in them. Can see these going forever!

One thing with the forum I forgot to mention ages ago is when you read a post and scroll through, all of a sudden it flies through the thread and you end up somewhere much further on for no reason. Takes ages to find out where you where last reading.

Wanted one of these for years, took the plunge and satisfied my more than one watch craving for good!

I threw mine in 60’c first wash. Lost a bit in the sleeve and length plus the arms tightened up slightly and now fits me spot on.

The fit looks great. Size below would be too tight, especially for 25oz. Inseam will shrink slightly and waist will be stretch back out

Can see a lot of happy Mrs IH waking up Xmas to this.

At last the weather has turned here so had a chance to give this a run. Super warm and a great fit. More than enough for UK weather but if I lived in Northern Europe or Canada/part of the US I would need an N1. Couple of design flaws, there should be a press stud in either side of the breast pocket as arm movement makes the side curl up and the press stud for the collar makes using it too tight. Apart from that nailed it and the oiling is awesome. Super dry.

@kojimastreets you made the right decision! I have this and washed it and the indigo is literally everywhere. Never seen anything like it. Will be going on eBay I am afraid

Elbows, forearms and underarms see tighter than normal but hopefully they will loosen on wear. Good that it’s a trimmer cut though

@Ikeaparty looks great. I personally don’t layer these as had type 3’s for that so wear with a T. Sleeves will be too long if you size up tho
