RIP Tim Curry

[popvulture]

Man that bums me out — first Dolly, now him. Since these things tend to come in threes (lore? surely), I have the morbid wonder of who's next.

I grew up with Tim Curry, whether it be Clue, which I rewatched when I was older only to realize how absolutely raunchy and horny a movie it is, Legend, horrifying for kids and I can't believe our parents let us watch it, the wonderfully horribly made The Worst Witch, and of course Rocky Horror, which we'd go see at midnight screenings as totally baked teens. And of course plenty of others.

RIP, good sir

@popvulture Frank Beard died a couple last week, so that's three

[popvulture]

Ah, right. Leaving only un hombre

@endo first dolly and now TC, I told my wife when I found out and she did the whole drop to her knees “I love you” from home alone 2.
We love that movie, sad he’s gone

[flannel slut]

How I like to imagine Tim Curry entering “heaven”

[Jett129]

@flannel-slut I was in a movie called Times Square, with Tim Currie, very nice, approachable guy. This is the only scene I was actually in with him. I’m the drummer.

[Bridger]

That looked fun @Jett129

Like a clown.

Finally watched Obsession. Liked it but it hit a bit too close to home.

[Chibs]

We just watched the Mandalorian and Grogu movie. Decent action, Fun, sweet, and campy. Just like SW should be. Wasn't expecting much but it was a solid 8/10

[Nick]

Obsession is a wild movie. Loved it. Can't stop thinking about it.

Re: Goodfellas. Defo in my top 5.

[sabergirl]

Highly recommend “Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma”. Campy, sexy, queer—we had a blast.

[SKT]

@sabergirl I’ve heard great things about this one…on the list!
