        It is.  We had to get a module specially built for us….Shoque has been poorly, so things have been delayed....

          Was this ever implemented? I checked into returning the 634xhs I picked up…. The LO was about 1/4" bigger than chart indicated snd it's just too big for my leg size.... Going to end up at ~ 160 usd to ship back though (via UPS). A little over $90 if I do USPS international priority but I absolutely despise them and have had customs issues (taxed) more often than not when using their services if/when the package arrives and fear if I use this option IHUK will catch th import duties as I have in the past despite the low value claim of <$30 usd

            I've returned to IHUK a couple times using USPS First Class and it costs around $30.  I've always claimed the value at ~$25-30 (can't remember which), and never had any issues.

                Of course.  Good luck.  Returns are never fun, and sorry to hear the XHS didn't work out.

                  $33 sent first class ; knots in my stomach over using USPS and no tracking but fingers crossed it reaches gosport ok. I suppose I've been lucky in this is the first return I've ever had to do internationally. I do find the $60 price difference between USPS and the ups store for what was related to me as the same service…. Anyways thanks again for the heads up

                    It does have tracking- the customs form number will work, at least until it leaves the US.  After that, it's a bit iffy.  Some countries (Belgium and Switzerland, for instance) will input the US customs number into their system when they receive the package, so you can actually track it from drop off to delivery.  The Royal Mail hasn't done this yet, to my knowledge.

                    Also, if you mark the customs form and the package as a Return of Goods, it should prevent any Customs charges.  I emphasize "should"…

                      Thanks Chris, I did all of that so fingers crossed! 🙂

                        Have faith- it will probably get there. 😉

                        If it reassures you at all, I've only had one package disappear permanently (stupid Belgian Post) when shipped internationally via USPS.  A couple of them took a really, really, really long time to get there, but they did make it to the destination intact.  Eventually.

                          Yeah, I just have a complete lack of faith in USPS. They make me want to vomit when just sending a letter to nearby town let alone internationally. They are a bunch of unintelligent boobs.

                            @Chris:

                            Same system in AU. Even untracked international packages use the customs number to trace packages throughout the world. Just have to call the post office up and quote it, a minor pain, but better than no tracking.

                              OK.  I got bored of waiting for an elegant solution.  So I have cobbled an interim solution together.  Tell me what you think and feel free to start using the service.

                              I have guesstimated what we will get charged (on average per territory) per return.  If after a month or so we find the amounts charged are too high or too low, we will adjust.

                                      Have swapped UPS for Interlink in UK.  That has enabled us to reduce cost of return from £10 to £7…..
