If you haven’t already registered using the survey in the top post please do so asap. I’ll need a final head count for the Saturday venue.

Sunday 9/20 is a double booked Ravens//Orioles game which happens rarely but can affect traffic in the downtown area so please plan accordingly.

Please feel free to explore game ticket options at your leisure. I will be at the bar with party stragglers.

If your plans change and you find you won’t be able to attend but you have already signed up please let @Giles and me know so we can try to keep the headcount somewhat accurate.

Also it may be helpful to remind everyone that this is not a catered event. There will be food trucks at the bar on Saturday and the bar has plenty of non alcoholic options for those who don’t partake but neither IH nor I will be paying for any of it. This is a get together that IH asked me to organize and then invited themselves to so I don’t want anyone to be disappointed when the bar tab shows up.

I was originally planning on just coming up Saturday for the day (I live < 2 hours away from Bmore), but now I think I'll make a hotel reservation for Friday and Saturday night. I have been looking at the hotels posted (thanks Matt) but wanted to ask what others have booked. What say you, fellow travelers? Where have you booked for the weekend?

Also @Matt would you consider going to the Saints at Ravens game on the 20th? Just throwing it out there.

They usually do but sometimes it coincides. It sucks because the two stadiums are right next to each other. People walk through Camden Yards to get to M&T Bank.
