Glad it got someone’s attention and had been resolved! Some dude on the Facebook group was trying to imply I was trying to do some form of extortion lol.

Is there any way to reset the product comparison tool? Some products are no longer available to use in the tool and is making the page not function correctly. I'm not able to remove the expired previously compared products. This is in the latest chrome browser (windows and android app), and Samsung mobile browser. Tried clearing cache and refreshing as well.

@catdad1 Very odd, sorry you're having trouble. Have you tried on a different browser, just to test?
As it lives on the client side as opposed to server side there isn't much I can do to as there is nothing to "see" on our end.
If you hit the 'X' in the top right hand corner to remove the product, does it do anything?
Also, are you signed in to your customer account? A long shot but it might be remembering your selection

@AdamJ Tapping the x didn't result in anything, nor did logging in and out. I deleted all of my browser data specifically for IHUK/IH America pages and reopened the page. That seems to have worked now.

@SKT hey man, no not yet. For some weird reason, if we make it a flat fee such as 20USD, it registers in the system as 20GBP, so the gift card then equates to more than it should e.g 26USD. So I had to remove the fixed price and let them be converted.
It's the way Shopify handles gift cards on multi store currencies. I chatted to their support and we couldn't really find a decent work around.
I'll chat to our new devs and see if they can impart any wisdom
