The all-new Iron Heart website is launching next week—here’s what to expect as we upgrade:

Our current site will go offline from 10:00 BST on Tuesday, 15th April, as we migrate to a brand-new platform. This means you won’t be able to place new orders during the transition. We estimate the switch will take no longer than 48 hours—so fingers crossed, we’ll be back online (on all the same domains/URLs) and back to business as usual by Thursday, 17th April at the latest.

Don’t worry—orders placed before Tuesday will be processed and shipped without disruption. During the downtime, we’ll still be here to help. While our live chat service will be suspended during the migration, feel free to reach out via email, phone, here on the forum, or our social channels with any queries.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we promise—it’ll be worth the short wait. The new site is faster, easier to navigate, and will be more stable during high-traffic product releases, making for an all-around enhanced Iron Heart shopping experience. We can't wait to show you what we’ve been working on!

Development Update - 8th May 2025:

Some changes have been pushed to the website - thanks for your feedback and continued patience so far. If there is something you've raised/highlighted that has either not been fixed by us, or in this development push then don't worry, it's being worked on.

Fixes pushed live today

  • Arrow keys now work in the gallery on the product page

  • Combinations appear in quick view for all items now such as Belts, Accessories etc (only worked on jeans previously)

  • Contact pages are localised, so USA contact info appears as expected

  • Out of Stock option no longer a filter

  • Cookie icon moved to footer so no longer floats

  • Quick view bar which displayed "free" on hover removed

  • Product price .00 decimal places removed

Things being worked on to be released in the future:

  • Discounts automatically appearing at checkout

  • Custom Gift Card amounts

  • Bug fix for Off Cut option appearing in some wrong places

For some weird reason, if we make it a flat fee such as 20USD, it registers in the system as 20GBP, so the gift card then equates to more than it should e.g 26USD. So I had to remove the fixed price and let them be converted.

It's the way Shopify handles gift cards on multi store currencies. I chatted to their support and we couldn't really find a decent work around.

I'll chat to our new devs and see if they can impart any wisdom

I deleted all of my browser data specifically for IHUK/IH America pages and reopened the page. That seems to have worked now.

Have you tried on a different browser, just to test?

As it lives on the client side as opposed to server side there isn't much I can do to as there is nothing to "see" on our end.

If you hit the 'X' in the top right hand corner to remove the product, does it do anything?

Also, are you signed in to your customer account? A long shot but it might be remembering your selection

Some products are no longer available to use in the tool and is making the page not function correctly. I'm not able to remove the expired previously compared products. This is in the latest chrome browser (windows and android app), and Samsung mobile browser. Tried clearing cache and refreshing as well.
