I’m on holiday in Italy, my self-restraint went out the window when we crossed the Alps. But sitting at the pool every day gave me enough time to think about increased exercise and a different diet when I’m back home.

I finally (after years) got into IH short-sleeve shirts this summer, and as much as I love them(they’re fantastic) I’m really looking forward to cooler weather and some of the heavier stuff again. When is fall coming to Atlanta?
