I have cut my alcohol consumption down from several drinks every night to only during football games. The pounds are dropping like flies. I’m not necessarily happy about it but I really wanted to start jeans weather with jeans that fit.

I’m on holiday in Italy, my self-restraint went out the window when we crossed the Alps. But sitting at the pool every day gave me enough time to think about increased exercise and a different diet when I’m back home.

Edit: I also don’t care about losing weight, I’d rather lose visceral fat
